Our experience was very positive, with all the paperwork and details to take care of we felt like it went very smoothly and we had help every step of the way. In the end, we got exactly what we wanted, a wonderful new home and a quick sell of our condo. In fact it was even better than we expected because we ended up with a small house instead of a condo which we hadn't thought we could afford yet.

Natalie was always available to us despite a busy schedule. Any time we had questions she responded really quickly no matter how minor they were. She arranged to meet us at our home so we didn't even have to travel to her office.

Natalie helped us when we had to compete with another buyer to buy our house. We were so attached to the house, we had mentally moved in and were really worried about being outbid.

Natalie arranged with our mortgage broker so that we could take off the financing condition and researched what the house was worth so we wouldn't overpay. She also took the time to present our offer in the best way down to the last detail so that we could feel we had done everything we could.

When she called to let us know that our offer was chosen we were thrilled!

Yes, Natalie was really helpful discussing our options and confirming that it would be a good idea for us to find our new home before selling our condo. That way we wouldn't have to compromise and we'd make sure we found the right home for us before committing to selling our current home. Natalie also crunched the numbers for us so we knew what we could afford.

We were so excited to find a really great house that we could afford. Also, we didn't have time to worry about selling our condo because it was marketed so well that it was sold in 1 week.

We feel we had excellent service overall, everyone in the team works well together and really provides the full package. It's also nice that they communicate with each other so we didn't have to make lots of extra calls. Everything seemed to fall into place.

JP was really helpful arranging appointments, and set up our online feedback so we could see what was being said about the house. From our initial conversation when he recommended Natalie and took down our details I felt he was very easy to talk to.

We were also thrilled with the marketing for our condo, the photos were great and the brochures really made it look fabulous. Even the floor plan man was quick and efficient when he came to take the measurements. We also saw our listing being well promoted on the torontorealestate website.

George our mortgage broker was really helpful in quickly arranging our mortgage and also helped us buy our house by letting us know we could waive the financing condition when we bid on the house.

Alrek the home inspector really impressed us. He was very professional and thorough and he explained really well the details of the condition of the house. He was very easy to talk to and happy to answer all our questions and discuss everything. We loved having a big binder with tons of information about the house that we can use in future and even guidelines for upkeep and maintenance of our new home.
