My overall real estate experience was terrific! Tom took the time to identify our wants and needs and put together a fabulous team to make it all happen.

An example of the great service Tom provided was that when we first asked Tom to assess our home for sale, he made some suggestions on how we could retain the house instead of blindly throwing it on the market. That allowed us the time we needed to be sure that we actually wanted to sell instead of renovate.

One of the best services Tom provided was the sell sheet - awesome! I attended the "How to buy your first condo" workshop. One of the most valuable lessons I learned from the workshop was to use a professional listing/buyer agent, like RE/MAX. I did not attend a buyer planning session, but in retrospect I think that would have been wise.

I firmly believe that RE/MAX delivers results and FAST! Thomas & Sally Cook have put together an amazing team that works like a well oiled machine. Marketing sells and Tom is a marketing genius.

Tom was our lisiting agent for our first home and he was overall excellent by pointing out any imporovements with the house and giving us really helpful hints.

By doing an overall comparison of the neighbourhood vs only looking at our street helped us set the perfect listing price.

As far as putting our interests first, the positives far outdid the negatives. Tom provided us with an outstanding buyers workshop and helped us to be first time buyers. It made it a painless transition into homeownership.

The buyer planning session provided everything to arm us with the right mindset to set a goal and save up to be fist time buyers including the GDS and TDS calculations.

The main reason why I picked Tom as our listing agent on our first home was that I knew he would have a large pool of first time buyers from the buyers workshops. Since we were marketing our house to first time buyers he was the perfect choice.
