This nice suite is located on a quiet street, yet close to very convenient access to the Bayview Extension and the Don Valley Parkway. TTC is also readily accessible—the bus stops right at the building. If you work downtown, the drive is easy to the Bayview extension and down to King, Queen, or Eastern/Front, or the Gardiner.

In close proximity to this home, Pape Village, running north from Mortimer on Pape, has some great neighbourhood amenities. You will find numerous stores and restaurants, vegetable markets, a garden centre and more. As well, there is a grocery store and more at Mortimer and Broadview. Broadview Espresso is a great coffee place!

As well as small local parks, just down Pottery Rd, is the Don River Valley Park system. Walking (or running) down into the Don Valley park systems is great for leisure time. The kitchen is well laid out, making great use of the space with a nice bright window at one end.
