If you’re single, or a young couple, we can't imagine a better place to live in Toronto than downtown!  After work downtown, or on a lovely weekend morning, you could stroll past the gorgeous flat-iron building, past lovely St. James Park and, finally, arrive at the grand entrance of historic St. Lawrence Market, where you can shop the ‘European way’ and buy fresh meats, fruits and veggies. There are great amenities in this safe, well run building… in the building there is – gym, lounges/ party rooms, fabulous rooftop patio, and barbecues. And just downstairs there is a great dry cleaner, a convenience store at the base of the building and Green P parking – great for visitors. There is excellent staff – very friendly and helpful, as well as good building residents – friendly, courteous, respectful (not noisy).  The social committee organizes great parties – holiday, summer, etc.
